Oh... my God....we WON...!!
Spartans met and thrashed King Basketball Club in an surprise move (we weren't surprised) that left them baffled, confused and thoroughly embarrassed.
In their extreme ignorance and resulting arrogance the Kings went ahead to print T-shirts claiming they were the victors before the match was even played (can you imagine). What are fiasco...they actually think cause they have won previous games that they are the best in Arusha...!?
Well ...that was before Spartans had to say something about it.
HUUURAHHH!!!

Arusha Basketballers bid farewall to mentor
Arusha basketballers met to play one final game with their old comrade and mentor Dennis Murnyak more fondly referred to as Mr.Dennis.
Dennis Murnyak had been resident in Arusha for over 15 years and during this time had actively played basketball. More importantly passed these skills to the young Arusha players. His tenure in Tanzania had cam to an end and was returning back to the States to retire and settle.
To show their appreciation the Arusha basketballers hosted a final game to bid Mr Dennis goodbye and wish him a restful retirement. Furthermore it was decide to start hosting a annual tornament to commerate the ideas and spirit of Mr. Dennis effort for Basketball in Arusha.
As he departed it was generally accepted that he may not be with us physically anymore but we would always be one in spirit and mind.
For the love of the game.
